Was you father the only member of the cc at the time of his passing? Has his estate been wound up yet? Answers to these might influence the options to your problem as well as different tax implications so it would help if you could clarify. 🙂

Aforesaid cc does not generate an income and is used.for residential purposes. I want it registered to my personal name and cc unregistered. What is the process for doing this? Please advise.
